While at the meeting, you’ll enjoy plenty of time to connect with your colleagues and their guests. The following activities are included with meeting registration. NOTE: badges are required for these events.
WELCOME RECEPTION
Thursday, March 12, 2026 6:00–7:30 pm Exhibit Hall

After the first day of sessions and a free afternoon, we’ll kick off our social events with a reception for surgeons, exhibitors, and guests. Sample small plates and enjoy a drink while you mingle. Plus, visit exhibits to take part in the SNS Exhibits Raffle!
FAMILY NIGHT
Friday, March 13, 2026 6:30–9:30 pm

Join us in the garden at the Rio Mar for a Family Night in the rainforest, celebrating Boricua cuisine and ecology with food, fun, and games for the whole family. Join us for family activities along with dinner, music, and great company.
NEW! SATURDAY NIGHT COCKTAIL HOUR
Saturday, March 14, 2026 6:30–8:00 pm Cocktail Reception
Join us this year for a re-configured Saturday night event! We’ll host a high-end cocktail reception with extensive hors d’oeuvres and delicious drinks. You’ll be able to toast the Annual Meeting, hear from the Executive Council, and visit with other attendees. You can make this event your dinner, or stop by for a drink and then head on to other plans. Black tie is NOT required; we recommend cocktail attire.

SNS GOLF TOURNAMENT

Friday, March 13, 2026 1:10 pm Shuttle to Course Available 1:30 pm First Tee-Time River Course at the Rio Mar
Includes a boxed lunch, 18 holes of golf, cart fee, markers, scorecards, prizes, and all taxes and fees. $235 p/player – includes boxed lunch, transportation, club handling, green fees, cart fees, practice balls, prizes, tax, & gratuity

Join your colleagues for some friendly competition and prizes! Crafted by two-time Major Champion Greg Norman, the River Course follows the gentle flow of the Mameyes River, blending seamlessly into the island's native foliage. This 6,945-yard course is ideal for golfers of all skill levels, offering expansive fairways, open greens, and shallow bunkers, all set against the stunning backdrop of El Yunque and the Atlantic Ocean. Prizes will be awarded for best foursome, closest to the pin, longest drive, and longest putt.
