Annual Meeting attendance is open to members and non-members.

Save $175.00 when you register by the deadline!

Medical Attendee registration includes admittance to meeting, program book and other materials, breakfast and coffee breaks on program days, Welcome Reception, Family Night, and the NEW! - Saturday Night Cocktail Hour.

Guest Registration Fees
All guest registration includes Thursday, Friday, and Saturday breakfasts, the Welcome Reception, and Family Night. Adult Guest registration also includes the NEW! - Cocktail Hour on Saturday night, though an RSVP is required.

Note: Resident Candidate members of the SNS receive deeply discounted rates for guest registration! Applies to one adult guest and any children. See the meeting registration form for details.

Corporate/Industry Registration
Registration for corporate representatives must go through an exhibiting company. Contact Becca Given for details.

Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing on or before February 11, 2026 will be refunded in full less a $150 administrative fee. Cancellations received after February 11 will not be refunded without a documented medical or travel restriction from your institution, or state or federal government.
